Initial reports indicate that the event occurred during a routine diagnostic scan of the core’s coolant system. Witnesses describe a sudden, intense surge of heat and a subsequent, violent expulsion of a viscous, black fluid. Within minutes, a fully formed Xenomorph – a creature previously believed to be extinct – emerged from the core’s damaged containment unit.
